SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. How quick will my order ship?

All orders placed by 12pm CST M-F will be processed same day. If the order is received after this time, or on the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day. Shipping speeds and delivery dates will vary based on the selection at checkout. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. In your email, you can also find a link to your order status page where you can find all relevant information regarding your order. 

2. What shipping options are available?

Standard USPS options are available: ground, express, and next day air. Estimated delivery speeds are provided at checkout.

Note that some delivery dates may be extended due to COVID-19.  

3. Can I return my order?

Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Please reach out to our customer support team or enter a Return Request here. 

4. What if there is an issue with my order? 

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at support@amamaslullaby.com so that we can do everything in our power to make it right. 

5. Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. If a tracking number has been generated, chances are that our A-1 team prioritized your order so that you can receive it ASAP, and it may be too late to cancel it. However, if you receive the order, simply reach out to our team and we will proceed with processing it as a return.

GENERAL

1. Where are your items manufactured? 

Most items sold through A Mama's Lullaby are manufactured in the USA, but some are sourced internationally. 

2. An item I want is out of stock. Can I be notified when it is back in stock? Can I place a preorder for it? 

Absolutely! As long as an item is not seasonal or limited edition, you will have the option to either be notified when it is back in stock or place a pre-order for it. If you pre-order an item, it will ship within 24 hours once it is back in stock. Most pre-order items are shipped within 3-6 weeks but vary based on manufacturing lead times. 

3. Where are you located?

A Mama's Lullaby is located in Lafayette, Louisiana

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, no. All orders can only be shipped within the domestic United States. 

5. Do you offer wholesale?

We do not currently offer any wholesale agreements.
