Refund policy
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Mama's Lullaby customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. That said, here are some things you may want to know…
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. If a tracking number has been generated, chances are that our A-1 team prioritized your order so that you can receive it ASAP, and it may be too late to cancel it. However, if you receive the order, simply reach out to our team and we will proceed with processing it as a return.
- If you would like to return your purchase, you have 14-days after receiving your item to submit a request. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e., the item must be unworn, not damaged, unused, with the original tag(s), and in the original packaging).
- If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return form/packing slip, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns due to our error will also include a shipping label at our expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the return is not due to our error, the shipping fees will be subtracted from the refund value.
- To start a return, please complete the form on our Returns page or reach out via email to orders@lullabylaneco.com, and our team will do everything that we can to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
Damages and Issues
Our quality control team works diligently to exceed our customer’s expectations. We inspect products when they are received into our warehouse, and we double-check all outgoing orders. However, there are times where orders may get damaged in transit to you. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged (or any other issue), so that we can work through it and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we have a flexible and understanding return policy on most items, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), clearance and limited-edition items, gift cards, and personal care goods (such as beauty and healthcare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the items have been received and inspected, and we will send you a copy of your refund receipt. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also. If you prefer, a store credit can also be applied in exchange for a refund.
