Order Processing
Orders placed by 12pm CST Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day. If the order is received after this time, or on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped from Lafayette, LA to the domestic United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Please review and ensure that you have entered all the correct address information; we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that we are provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for correct information, and you will be charged for the additional shipping fees.

Order Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will also receive emailed updates when your order is out for delivery and has been delivered. In your email notices, you can also find a link to your order status page where you can find all relevant information regarding your order.

Shipping Rates and Speeds

USPS

Free standard ground shipping is available for orders over $100.

USPS is the primary carrier used for all orders, but UPS is used as the secondary carrier for larger shipments. Shipping rates will vary and are calculated at checkout. Shipping speeds are also displayed at checkout for reference. Note that some delivery dates may be extended due to COVID-19.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup options are available at checkout if your address is within a certain radius of the warehouse. At checkout, you will have the option to select your specified date/time to pick up your order.
